Terms of Service

These terms govern the e7jz service operated by Saif Abbas. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Service and accounts

e7jz helps people discover venues and request reservations, appointments, waitlist places, or sports bookings. The venue—not e7jz—provides the underlying physical service. You must be at least 16, provide accurate account information, protect your password, and use one account per person.

Bookings and conduct

Make bookings in good faith and cancel when plans change. Attendance and no-shows contribute to a reliability score visible to the venue handling your booking. Reports about venues must be truthful. You may not harass others, manipulate scores, probe systems, access another account, or use the service unlawfully.

Venue information and cancellations

Venues provide their listing details. We cannot guarantee that a venue remains open, honours a booking, or provides a particular quality of service. e7jz may cancel a booking when a venue is unavailable, removed, suspended, or where fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected. A platform cancellation does not count against the diner’s attendance record.

Privacy, termination, and intellectual property

Our Privacy Policy describes data handling. Diner accounts can be deleted inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, with notice where practical. The software, design, and branding belong to e7jz or its licensors and are licensed only for personal use of the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law. e7jz is not responsible for venue acts or omissions. To the maximum extent permitted by Jordanian law, e7jz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and aggregate liability to a diner is limited to JOD 100. Nothing excludes liability that law does not permit us to exclude.

Apple App Store

These terms are between you and e7jz, not Apple. Apple has no maintenance or support obligation. e7jz, not Apple, handles support, warranties, product claims, legal compliance, and intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce these terms. Your licence is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s usage rules.

Law and contact

Jordanian law governs these terms, and unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts of Amman, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Contact [email protected].
